If you want deeper readings more often, subscriptions and Ping purchases are available.

Yes, select 'time unknown' when entering your birth info and we can still analyze your chart. Knowing the time enables a more precise reading using all eight characters, so we recommend asking your family if possible.

Ping is the currency used for detailed readings in Sajuping. It recharges free every 24 hours, and you can earn more through the daily attendance roulette (7 check-ins doubles the reward!), friend invites (20 Ping), and following us on Instagram (2 Ping).

Daily Ping (free credits) is used first; once it runs out, purchased Ping is used.

Share your invite link from the friend invite menu in the app. When a friend signs up through your link, you can receive 20 Ping.

The 20-Ping reward isn't granted on signup alone. It's automatically given to both of you once your invited friend has used 10 or more Ping. · Check the reward history: gift box at the top right of Home → bottom of the Friend Invite screen. · Right after the condition is met, it may take a few minutes to appear, so try restarting the app. · Invite codes can only be entered within 48 hours of signing up.

Subscriptions are managed by the store, not the app, which is why there's no cancel button inside Sajuping. iPhone: Settings app → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Sajuping → Cancel Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sajuping → Cancel After cancelling, your benefits continue until the end of the billing period.

It's a program where you help spread the word about Sajuping and receive perks like subscription passes. There's no fixed recruiting schedule; we announce each round on our official Instagram and notices. Follow us to hear first.

Sajuping is based on Ziping meiri (자평명리), the classical framework behind modern saju. We calculate your eight characters (natal chart) from your birth date and time using the manseryeok calendar, then read the five-element balance, day-master strength, yongshin (the useful god), and the flow of major and yearly luck cycles. On top of that, the AI remembers your situation and past conversations for context-aware interpretation.

General AI models are unreliable at manseryeok and daily-pillar calculations, so answers change every time you ask. Sajuping has the manseryeok calendar built in, reads from your exact chart, and remembers the conversation, so you get consistent answers.

Enter the other person's birth date (time makes it more accurate) and we analyze both charts together. It works for partners, friends, coworkers, and family, and group compatibility with 3+ people is supported too.

Deleted chats can't be recovered. Please double-check before deleting anything important.

Sajuping app → My Page → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting removes your personal data, remaining Ping, and usage history. This can't be undone. If you signed up with Apple, we may need your sign-up email (privaterelay format) to verify you.
